Every two years our members elect a volunteer Executive Committee to steer programmes, partnerships, and community care. The 2024–2026 office bearers bring together experience from cultural arts, youth development, charitable outreach, and finance to keep MCH thriving.

How the committee serves MCH
The Executive Committee coordinates cultural programming, oversees the Daya charitable works fund, manages the Crisis Fund, and mentors youth leaders across sports and arts teams. Regular planning meetings ensure every event stays welcoming and financially sustainable.
Elections are held biennially to provide stability while inviting fresh ideas. Members interested in standing for a role can submit nominations when the Election Committee opens the process each autumn.
